Shipping policy

Where we ship from
Earthmoving Downunder is based in Australia. Standard products are dispatched from our Australian warehouse. Some products are fulfilled on demand through our print partners. Depending on your location, these may be produced and shipped from a fulfilment facility closer to you, including overseas partners.

Domestic shipping (Australia)
Eligible clothing ships within Australia for $9.95 AUD, with free standard shipping on eligible clothing orders of $129 AUD or more. Other products have their own shipping rates, shown at checkout. Items fulfilled separately may have separate shipping charges.

Estimated delivery times within Australia:
• Standard products: 3–7 business days.
• Print-on-demand products: 7–14 business days. Allow extra time for production; some items may be fulfilled from an overseas partner.

International shipping
We ship to supported destinations shown at checkout. Clothing shipping to New Zealand is $9.95 AUD; other international clothing shipping is $14.95 AUD. Eligible clothing orders of $129 AUD or more qualify for free standard shipping where available. Other products and mixed orders may have different rates. Available delivery options and the final shipping total are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times for international orders:
• Standard products: 10–21 business days.
• Print-on-demand products: 7–21 business days, plus production time before dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Printed-to-order products
Some of our gear is made specifically for you after you place your order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before dispatch. Delivery time is additional. Your order may be produced and shipped by a print partner in your region or overseas.

Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Items in the same order may arrive separately.
