Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached and returned in original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
We’re happy to offer size exchanges within 30 days. Exchange items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for processing.
To start a return, contact us at earthmovingdownunder@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a brief description and photo so we can resolve the issue promptly.
